Daily Duties at Waterfront Group Llc:

Daily management of sales office. Executive support to President. Coordinate and plan grand opening events. Supervise receptionist and phone rotation. Inventory and replenish office and kitchen supplies, oversee office machines and equipment service contracts. Compose correspondence and new property contracts. Proof read, notarize and process marketing contracts. Issue property owner dues notices and lien notices, collect dues and track on spreadsheet. Schedule meetings. Heavy volume of travel arrangements (for each grand opening event I reserve flights, cars and hotels for 80+ sales & event reps). Negotiate hotel contracts, approve, and issue payment for direct-bills. Do internet research for out of town vendors for large tents, catering, portable restrooms, etc. On-site contact for vendors issues and concerns for a total of 20 events over three years.
