Daily Duties at Gte/Verizon Through Kelly Services:

Worked various high-level temporary assignments of one to 11 months in duration, the vast majority with GTE/Verizon. These included: ·Prepared accounts payable invoices and set up vendor files for staff of five including human resources director for Long Distance division, researched three-year-old invoice and authorized payment of $1,500,000. ·Answered multi-line phone, tracked project schedules, updated proposals, and otherwise supported director and seven managers of Complex Systems department. ·Scheduled conference rooms, made travel arrangements and hotel accommodations, and handled expense reports and check requisitions for five managers plus field sales people in Public Communications department. Entered data and filled phone credit card orders. ·Supported director and six document managers in Federal Regulatory Affairs. Managed multi-line phones, travel arrangements, legal documents, and administrative details. ·Developed and maintained database for employee calling cards. ·Awarded Kelly Services employee of the month for August 1997.
