Daily Duties at Sprint Long Distance:

Supported staff of 16 including trainers, managers, analysts, and supervisors. Ordered all training and office supplies including rewards for classes averaging 20 people. Scheduled conference rooms, travel arrangements, and catering. Recorded notes at bi-weekly staff meetings. Prepared expense reports, large PowerPoint presentations, and quarterly reviews and special projects and working with confidential information. ·Tracked weekly training headcount on organizational chart and Excel spreadsheet. ·Set up voice mailboxes and Outlook e-mail for new staff members.
