Provided administrative support to pastor, director of Christian education (DCE), daycare director, and 335 church members. Generated attendance plus other reports in Excel, Access and Shepherd Staff attendance software for elders and pastors meetings. Generated documents in Word; including the weekly formatting of bulletins, announcements and all other church documents. Special projects, and working with confidential information and desktop publishing. Three years of customer service skills on phone and in person. ·Designed the first color newsletter and the first color tri-fold brochure for the daycare director, using Publisher. Coordinated with DCE in designing baptismal booklet for parents of infants. ·Assisted pastor in redesigning bulletin and announcements, reducing paper costs 25% while providing the same level of service. ·Computerized all church documents including church membership records; advised pastor on updating office equipment. ·Reconfigured church office for more user-friendly work area, increasing productivity.
