Daily Duties at Residential Real Estate Review:

Handle all client communications via telephone, email and faxes.Handle orders with issues such as orders that have been placed on hold or cancelled.Monitoring 5 plus email boxes for both internal and external communications. Loading orders in the system manually or via Microsoft Access. Maintaining and researching on hold reports. Researching and communicating regarding issues from the Operations or Q/C teams and clients for issues. Acting as liaison between clients and Accounting team regarding any receivable issues. Manage the aged receivables accounts by contacting clients to obtain payment for outstanding invoices. Establishing payment plans when needed with clients. Manage contract employees by monitoring work hours and work performance on a weekly basis. Implement and lead various projects. Assist CEO with setting appointments, managing calendars and making travel arrangements. Handle expense reports for each employee in the company when needed. Maintain and order supplies for each department.
