Daily Duties at Starbucks:
Supervised employees to ensure that all safety and health standards were followed. Opened and closed the store, including making bank deposits and transmitting reports. Worked with store managers to maintain a proper count on all inventory. Trained new employees on proper procedures. Resolved customer issues with regards to service and product received to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Responsible for preparing drinks to exact recipes and standards. Worked with on-shift employees to maintain a constant flow of customer traffic during high volume periods.
