Daily Duties at Hollywood Production Center:
Provided full support for manager and assistant manager. Responsible for maintaining vendor database. First point of contact for tenants, visitors, guests, and vendors. Ordered, organized, and maintained inventory of all office and kitchen supplies. Coordinated with engineering staff to ensure all equipment and offices were up to standards. Coordinated with security staff to ensure proper procedures were being followed. Responsible for collecting, sorting, and distributing all incoming mail, packages, and faxes, as well as sending outgoing faxes. Coordinated with main office to ensure all accounts payable were handled in a timely fashion. Responsible for answering and monitoring a multiple phone line system to insure all calls were routed correctly and answered in a timely fashion. Offered assistance to all tenants on an ongoing basis to ensure tenant satisfaction at all times. Monitored and trained café staff in order to provide quality customer service.
