Daily Duties at Ahpr, Inc:

Responsible for maintaining large and detailed database of all client, media, and professional contacts. First point of contact for all clients, vendors, and media contacts. Ordered and maintained inventory of all office supplies. Coordinated with vendors regarding all necessary equipment in the office. Responsible for accounts payable/accounts receivable, as well as coordination with accountant to maintain proper payroll. Maintained and updated status reports for all clients in regards to past, current, and upcoming media appearances and interviews. Maintained detailed schedule and appointment calendar for CEO. Coordinated with all office employees to ensure necessary files are up to date. Ordered and maintained all reprints for press kits to ensure a necessary amount of completed kits are always on hand. Utilized the Internet for research as a way to monitor mentions of clients or related stories.
