Daily Duties at The Music Box:
Responsible for maintaining large and detailed database of all client and professional contacts. First point of contact for all clients and vendors. Ordered and maintained inventory of all office supplies. Coordinated with vendors regarding all necessary equipment in the office. Responsible for recording and distribution of minutes for weekly meetings. Maintained and updated electronic and hard copy files for all past, current, and upcoming events. Maintained detailed calendar for Sales & Special Events Department. Coordinated with all sales managers to ensure necessary files are up to date. Ordered and maintained all reprints for press kits to ensure a necessary amount of completed kits are always on hand. Utilized the Internet for research as a way to promote the venue and gain new business.
