-Perform all actions to prepare cases for collections to include: Unlawful Detainers and preparing dockets for the General District Courts of Chesterfield, Hanover and the City of Richmond - Review dockets and prepare attorney to appear in court - Prepare Garnishment Summons and Warrants in Debt to take collective action - Thoroughly and accurately review files - Intake and process debtor payments and update database accordingly - Answer telephone inquires and handle debtor disputes - Assist clients in preparing cases for collection and with daily legal matters
