Daily Duties at Morning Star Community Church:
Responsibilities include the direction and management of Children’s Ministries involving purchasing of curriculum, writing of curriculum, recruitment of volunteer staff, management and training of volunteer staff and marketing for Children’s Ministries. As Administrative Staff Director, my focus is mainly to organize and manage volunteers in other positions within the church (outside of Children’s Ministries) and for small group leadership. In addition to my position with MorningStar, during the earlier years of 1990-1994, I worked as a temporary employee at various administrative positions concurrently with this employment.
