Daily Duties at Kkcpa, S.C.:

Assistant to the President and upper management completing duties as requested. Answer all incoming calls and direct them accordingly. Manage CPA schedules. Address client inquiries (email or fax tax returns and answer general questions about the services provided or about government notices received). Complete special projects or requests of CPAs. File client annual reports, audits, and employer reports with appropriate government agencies. Prepare correspondence to government agencies regarding notices clients receive and any necessary follow-up. File quarterly federal and state unemployment tax reports and year-end payroll tax reports on behalf of clients. File appropriate documentation to incorporate or dissolve client businesses. Process client payrolls and coordinate KKCPA payroll with Paychex and KKCPA staff. Process sister company's payroll and make 941 and WT-6 payments accordingly. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Set-up new clients in appropriate databases and maintain client information in Outlook, QuickBooks, and ProSeries. Prepare mass mailings for client distribution. Order office supplies and office furnishings. Maintain office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, postage machine, and phone system). Resolve client invoicing discrepancies. General office upkeep and cleaning between monthly scheduled cleanings. Coordinate luncheons on behalf of the entire office staff on a daily basis.
