- Effectively and efficiently solve customer issues (call center environment) in a timely manner.
- Provide customers and business partners (Safeco Customer; Insurance Agents, Underwriters) accurate information regarding insurance policy, coverage’s and Safeco proprietary software.
- Organize and process after call work by priority.
- Verify policy data on new and current customers.
- Assist underwriting team and agents by reviewing, comparing, verifying and updating policy documents and information to coordinate appropriate action.
- Provide timely and accurate processing of all business partner requests.
- Identify workflows and suggest methods of improved efficiency.
- Facilitate team meetings.
- Coordinate team projects.
- Resource to peers for multiple workflows.
