Daily Duties at Tourico Holidays:

Supported the Marketing Director and VP of Sales in contributing to long-term marketing plans and sales strategies along with other administrative duties. Acted as a liaison between the IT, Global Sales, Accounting, Design and Product Departments. Scheduled travel arrangements, meetings and conference calls. As required, recruited, hired, trained and supervised part-time or full-time clerical staff. Conducted training classes via Webex to introduce new procedures to the sales staff.
