Daily Duties at Abstract Marble & Granite Design:
- Provided executive-level administration support to the Vice President & staff of twelve employees with a demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures & meet demanding deadlines.- Liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication.- Plan & coordinate corporate luncheons & develop presentations for on & off site events.- Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas & itineraries.- Direct business relations & distribution of company literature to prospects & existing clients.- Manage capitol purchases, direct vendor relations, generate & maintain equipment, tracking & filing for all files, invoices & purchase orders for countertops and all work orders.- Process monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents & budget code indexes.- Process payroll, accounts payable & receivable, answer phones & all general office & clerical duties to maintain that the office runs accurately daily. Heavy Quickbooks usage.- Collaborate with departmental managers on weekly basis for meetings, monthly newsletter, & HR updates.
