Daily Duties at Morgan Jones, Llc:
• On site manager for client. • Served as liaison between the client and internal recruiters. • Manage over 150 employee’s attendance and time as well as client supervisors needs. • Organize and solve constant issues in order to maintain an excellent relationship with the client. • Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the client. • Be part of daily client meeting in order to establish the work force needed. • Provide support and orientation in Spanish during employee’s transition to become a permanent employee of the client. • Translate to Spanish HR notices and memos. • Communicate information regarding to new rules, events, supervisors request, goals and actual performance to employees in meetings and also translated for non-English speaking employees. Bi-lingual Recruiter (English/ Spanish) • Follow procedures for equal employment opportunities. • Post ads (internet, Local newspaper, flyers, Etc) • Sourced candidates by reviewing resumes in detail. • Conducted interviews in English and Spanish. • Administered testing procedures for all qualified candidates (In person/phone) • Verified personal and professional references. • Visit different organization in order to recruit diverse candidates. • Conduct and also attempt to job fairs.
