Kelly Law Registry (305) 373-3223 <> 03/31/05 -11/30/05) · Closing Agent (Closed up to ten closings day by arranging simultaneous settlements whenever possible. · Title Processor (From contract through closing.) · Conduct due diligence, draft documents and administrate transactions. · Liaise w/buyers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and realtors for documentation & coordinate closing settlement. · Performed Post-Closing file audits prior to funding. · Coordinated Closing parties and liaised with lender, developer and buyer.
