Daily Duties at Lowe’s Home Improvement:
Manage expenses, budget and scheduling. Budgets ranging from 29k to 75k a week, about 2.49 million a year. Currently I maintain about 6% over budget for the year (about 100,000.00). Maintain open communication with vendors, installers and customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and lower customer complaints. Training of both installed sales coordinators and sales specialist on the newest products and on installation to ensure top customer service and the ability to reach sales goals and budgets.
