Coordinated multiple fire sprinkler packages for submittal to various jurisdictions, entered dates for all active fire sprinkler projects into several databases and/or spreadsheets, called each jurisdiction to inquire about the submittal requirements and/or check the status of projects previously submitted for plan review, logged in & distributed daily mail or packages, answered multi-line telephone system and assisted with filing, faxing, copying, printing, binding and all other relative administrative duties.
