Quick adaptation to changing situations, analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, meticulous follow through and recognize solutions. Accountable for over 1500 past due collection accounts and recovered lost company assets in excess of $25,000 per month, for a five-year period. Maintained over 1500 confidential files, constantly reviewing for accuracy of information. Received and made calls to customers and received payments over the phone and in person.
