Daily Duties at Verizon Business:

-Maintain knowledge of current voice, data and billing procedures by reading and comprehending documentation that is provided from a variety of sources including knowledge systems, team meetings, emails and formal training. -Credit checks Analyzes contract related information, including but not limited to leasing contracts, Cisco and Cisco Smartnet Maintenance, erate Sales, CQI, Full Service Unified Network Interface, Data and Voice CPE services. Formulates comparative analysis, and serves as a resource for department, sales staff and vendor community. - Participates in the development of contracts and contract packages to include reviewing service agencies for compliance with state and federal guidelines. -Participates in training opportunities for vendors' sales and staff, regarding contract related issues. -maintains contract information on vendor database and updates as needed. -Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Assess customer needs and make recommendations for business solutions based on their requirements for voice and data services. Resolve basic types of customer service inquiries regarding data, voice and billing services by providing first call resolution with full technical support Contact with Vendor, Sales Team Answer Phones on multi- switch line Escalate issues if necessary
