Daily Duties at Aol/Ikon:
• Received incoming calls, emails and instant messages from AOL employees nationwide regarding such things as: Maintenance calls, housekeeping request, and engineering requests. • All requests entered into the Remedy system to create tickets for various maintenance and engineer individuals. • Dispatched maintenance and engineers to ticket locations.
