Daily Duties at Adp:

Create and compile weekly, monthly and annual excel reports and pp presentations. Provide administrative support to Sales Executive, sales management and sales associates. Responsibility for vendor and Internet research, analysis, contract and price negotiation. Organize and plan department/region events, conferences and meetings. Make travel arrangements and maintain office supply inventories, expense reporting and appointment calendars. Assign and maintain user ID codes for appropriate associates of the sales and service departments in the Mainframe system, which is used to access classified client information. Create offer letters based on qualifications and assemble benefit packets for new hires. Liaison between sales force and Second Level Support for laptop and system errors.
