Daily Duties at Excalibur Hotel & Casino:

Screen calls to determine the market segment and pass the call along with pertinent information to the proper Sales Manager. Solely assist the Director of Sales with MRG and citywide convention bookings. Speak to clients to determine if we can accommodate the group with meeting space and quote the commissionable or net rate. Type contracts from Microsoft Word and/or the LMS System and enter into SCAS system as definite when required. Create and introduce SPEC sheets for weekly meetings that outline special instructions for each group booked for the coming week. Take clients on site inspections to review hotel accommodations such as suites, banquet space and entertainment areas.
