Daily Duties at Nicklin Property Management:
Support the team in the day-to-day operations of managing over 1200 residential properties. Created and Presented weekly Proposals to different Real Estate firms. Over-see the work of my assistant and front receptionist. Answer inquires by phone and email that potential clients may have and create property management agreements based on their needs. Review and organize new and existing accounts by gathering monies, signed paperwork and contracts from clients and passing the information on to the appropriate department. Act as a back-up to the Director of Operations and Owner/President. Run competitive market analysis on single family homes, town homes and condos.
