Manage capital budget goals by coordinating new & used equipment placement plans, non-carbonated equipment placement plans and replacement strategy ? Multi-task between answering phones and logging information in Coca-Cola software ? Document all conversations between all parties involved with scheduling and log actions taken on each job ? Research and resolve issues for customers and business partners using Coca-Cola order management systems ? Fulfill all customer requests for assistance from the Customer Communication Center
