Daily Duties at Now Docs:
Responsible for answering incoming calls/e-mail from operations facilities. Provided support to operations staff in regards to print processing, packaging and distribution. Escalated network/printing issues to Network Operations Center or management as appropriate. Tracked shipment to ensure timely delivery. Special reporting responsibilities (i.e. Credit Analysis and Quality Control). Backed up the Customer Service group by dealing with client inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
