Daily Duties at Austin Logistics:

Responsible for A/P and A/R, assisted manager with payroll and HR duties, submitted monthly reports to manager, VP, and President of company, basic office duties (faxing, filing, updating personnel files, etc.) Responsible for maintaining correspondence with vendors and also maintaining good relationship with vendors. Organized and set up all meetings and conference calls for company. Independently peruse and distribute mail, compose and sign routine correspondence; draft correspondence for managers
