? Supporting multiple functions: Risk, Legal, Sales and Operations ? Expense report preparation and reconciliation, arrangement of travel/hotel reservations, coordination of meeting arrangements/management of Leadership Team’s calendars ? office supply maintenance, maintenance of office filing system ? Supporting Buy to Pay process; Legal billing expertise ? Organizing semi-annual Sales Meetings for the EFS Sales Team ? Facilities management, interface with and manage vendors contracted ? Provide assistance to Contracts Department with equipment lease activities (scan lease files, MLA’s and NDA’s onto server, mailing monthly End of Lease Notifications, mailing of vendor checks) ? Worked closely with Senior Risk Manager in early collection efforts, participated in weekly delinquency meetings, taking minutes and started following up on delinquent accounts ? In further expanding knowledge of the business, started taking on-line leasing classes ? Answer incoming company telephone calls and forward or relay messages to the appropriate parties
