Daily Duties at Engle H Omes:

• Keep personnel files up to date. • Assist with employee relations. • Communicate HR policies, new programs, policy changes, and benefits to fund personnel, and promote compliance. • Distribute new employee orientation kits. • Assist with all incoming, outgoing, and distribution of mail. • Screen all job applicants to obtain all information regarding education and work experience. • Update appropriate forms when an employee receives a promotion or changes address. • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
