• In charge of boarding all loans on to Servicing Platform for payment posting and all aspects of Loan Servicing. • Maintained accurate hazard insurance records on all loans and force placed policies if necessary. • Provided excellent customer service to borrowers regarding all aspects of their mortgage loans. • Service Release of Mortgage Loans to different investors. • In charge of re-boarding of all re-purchased mortgage loans, while insuring highest level of accuracy.
