Daily Duties at Westwood Dental:

As Front Office Administrator my job responsibilities included all front end patient check-ins, verifying all dental insurance before the scheduled appointments (including all current and past x-ray history). I electronically filed all dental claims to the correct dental provider’s, scheduled patient appointments typed out treatment plans, went over patient payment information, and sent out all orthodontic referrals. I made recalls to prior patients, regarding their 6 month appointments, and helped out the Dental Assistants with patient vitals such as weighing, and checking blood pressure prior to surgical procedures. The dental office used Eagle soft Software programming and Patterson imaging.
