Daily Duties at Sonlight Carpets:

Provide skilled office support to the Owner/President, Vice President, and General Manager. Served as Products Manager in charge of multi-site employee training, sales order entry and follow-up and ordering products for warehouse supply. Also serve as the liaison between the Sales Staff, Construction Supervisors and Installation Department. Developed multi-faceted employee handbook/corporate profile marketing tool. Strong abilities in multi-tasking, billing, direct and indirect customer service, office machine maintenance & troubleshooting. Responsible for providing skilled office support to the company executives. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines in New Home/Commercial Construction.
