Daily Duties at Tapestry Youth Ministry:
Senior staff member, responsible for coordination and training of new employees. Responsible for mentoring the female residents and providing state mandated supervision and monitoring of educational, family life and counseling efforts. Develop and facilitate Life coaching and self improvement workshops and sessions for the residents.
