Assisted the Human Resource department with Employee Relations, assisted the HR Manager in dealing with 600+ employees, complaints, payroll issues, and HR counseling. Performed and managed administrative support (calendar, email, and phones) for the HR Manager as well as Sr. Recruiting Manager and their direct reports. Managed all termination paperwork, assisted with the editing of written documentation, and followed up on all medical claims and filed appropriately. Handled all Unemployment claims through the appeal process with the state.
