Daily Duties at Cura Script:
? To coordinate the delivery of medications for patients who have an open account. ? Communicate verbally via telephone, to the patient and/or health care provider, the benefits of utilizing Express Scripts services to supply medications and prevent interruptions in therapy. ? Review possible methods of payment arrangement by looking up pay plan/related information in the computer systems, thereby avoiding shipping delays. ? Confirm and document the delivery address that patient and/or health care provider has provided to endure that the correct address is chosen and displayed in patients’ order. ? Procedures, to ensure that all new patients are addressed assigned guidelines.
