Daily Duties at Strategic Tax Resolutions:

Oversee all tax return cases, from start to completion, with maintained client contact and commitment as both leader, return preparer and designer for client relations and document collection. Direct return preparation development functions, client relations and resolutions, organize client figures and expenses/income into a form which can be applied best to a tax return towards the client’s best interest. Assembled teams of Account Managers to collect, coordinate, and complete document packages for the clients in an easy to read and understand format. Initiated employee tax return protocol and regulation education program, furthering the sharpness for which they may respond to client needs autonomously. Maintain client accounts receivable, collecting fees due in a timely manner as well as initiating new and additional sales to further the department.
