Daily Duties at Caribeco Usa Limited:

Clerical Duties: Answering phones/screening & redirecting calls to appropriate parties, sorting mail and email, preparing & sending formal correspondence to clients, fax, scan, copy, filing, organizing overseas conference calls with nearly 55 attendees and CEO. Customer Service Duties: Handling client grievances, discussing client accounts and status, maintaining confidentiality Administrative Tasks: managing and creating statements & budget reports, expense reports, maintaining checking account balance sheets and account registers, (light work with Quickbooks and Peachtree), sending periodic updates per quarter and gifts to clients per occasion, organizing travel arrangements for employees and CEO, taking minutes of meetings, periodic ordering/pickup of corporate meals, organizing corporate functions (parties, conferences, hiring), ordering/maintaining office supplies, shipping/receiving/tracking packages, Leadership qualities: devising work plans and dividing corporate projects among office staff, setting deadlines for each step of office group projects including dates for my review prior to compiling the final product, paying strict attention to detail
