Daily Duties at Kinetic Concepts Inc.:

Create schedule and budget for appointed projects Chair weekly project meetings for Directors, VP’s and Sr. VP’s of company Maintain project timeline to ensure project remains on time and on budget Implement company cost savings into projects Maintained and reconciled company American Express Card Liaison between outside vendors and KCI for assigned projects Ensured that Engineering staff appointed to project had required materials to expedite tasks Used Microsoft project to build critical path to completion of project Made presentations to VP’s in order to get funding approved Worked with Director of Dept. with dept. budget for future projects Maintain Outlook calendars Consolidate email and postal mail Coordinated national and international travel Answer Multiple phone lines Create agendas for meetings Create power point presentations Purchase and requisition departmental needs including but not limited to test equipment and office supplies Plan, Coordinate and expedite corporate events(i.e. departmental off site meetings and parties; including holiday gatherings) Plan, coordinate and expedite luncheons, and meetings for international guests Reconcile and submit P-card (company credit card) purchases to accounting Initiate new departmental positions through the Human Resources hiring software irecruitment Point of contact for Department Director, James Goode Create and submit travel reimbursements for staff Help align new product support in conjunction with the Project Coordinator Provide minimal weekly switchboard relief to receptionist during her lunch break
