Retail furniture sales, design consultations, analysis of design requirements, creation of floor plans and presentations. Responsible for initial order entry, delivery scheduling, and processing of credit applications. Followed up with vendors and installers to confirm order accuracy and delivery timetables. Provided MS Office and online design training for sales personnel. Created and distributed promotional materials. Maintained constant contact with clients through personal contact, phone, email, and written correspondence. Researched competition and submitted analyses to management.
