• Performed billing for all “Bill of Lading” forms • Issued over 250 purchase order numbers and assisted with monthly reconciliation of A/P • Processed and filed all daily timecards to ensure all employees are accounted for and paid in accordance with Davis Bacon regulations • Generated over 200 Certificates of Disposal for government waste removal • Completed inter-company billing on all DLA manifests • Assisted in performing monthly collection calls to reduce the number of unpaid accounts and increase revenue • Created and maintained files on all customers for easy reference on customer status and history • Created and distributed memos, letters, and e-mail correspondence
