Daily Duties at Jacobs Engineering:
• Created a client database reference library under the U.S Army's Total Environmental Restoration (TERC) contract • Maintained document databases supporting four large dollar DoD contracts , AFCEE, AFCESA, TERC, and ERS • Restructured the Document Control office to include reformatting databases, reorganizing existing file set-up, evaluating and rewriting procedures, and managing assistants in reorganization efforts. • Issued document control numbers for all documents and preformed alpha-numeric filing for easy location and reference • Processed over 50 purchase requests for procurements after researching parts and prices for mobilization equipment • Made travel arrangements to include air, hotel, and vehicle reservations for field crew mobilization • Conducted interviews for administrative personnel to aid in hiring decisions • Aided in creating and distributing Monthly Progress Reports and Award Fee Evaluations to clients • Completed task order close-outs for the TERC, AFCEE, and ERS contracts • Generated over 50 expense reports for project managers and field teams • Provided excellent customer service and support to clients and co-workers • Received a “Letter of Appreciation for Excellence” from the Elmendorf AFB 3rd Wing Commander for providing administration support to the 3rd Civil Engineering Squadron
