Prepared Portfolio Committee Packet for quarterly committee meetings. Prepared presentations, memos, statements, narratives, statistical reports, and agendas as required. Handled company confidential and proprietary information in a professional and confidential manner. Acted as a resource for assigning escalated calls to appropriate departments or individuals. Acted as a resource on policies and procedures. Coordinated travel schedule for national and international travel. Represented DFS in a positive and customer-focused manner. Managed office activities, supplies, moves, and general and complex administrative duties for over 60+ individuals.
