Daily Duties at United Parcel Service :
As the address correction clerk I am responsible for correcting all needed address corrections, returns, will calls, third time delivery, and damages. I run the postcards at the end of the night in order to obtain information we could not retrieve in UPS systems. I was to employ the WOW factor to all customers. I was responsible for assisting customers in a pleasant and helpful manner. Handling corporate money and cash drops. Also I have great interpersonal skill, energetic and self-starter.
