Daily Duties at Hewitt:
• Managed functional and HR processing of employee retirement accounts, which included posting payroll, processing payments, reporting (via queries and ad-hoc), project management and issue resolution, cost analysis, and resource planning • Generated revenues and profits of over $100,000 for internal client team by implementing automation of several manual processes, which helped generate billable fees and also helped reduce amount of “human” hours needed to complete manual processes, allowing team Benefits Analysts to take on additional projects • Project Manager for major projects: divestiture of 25% (approx 16,000 employees) of a population, 2 conversions of over 5000 employee records to and from company database as well as a host of mini conversions (100 or less records), implementation of Fund Trading fees and restrictions, and lead various fund swap and liquidation projects • Monitored Service Level Agreements for client team as well as managed the Operational Metrics by tracking and monitoring trends and documenting results which were shared with the client in quarterly meetings • Performed internal audits to ensure compliance of client’s plan
