Provided superior administrative support to 2 Executive Vice Presidents throughout the planning, marketing, financing, and development phases of creating continual care retirement communities (CCRC). Coordinated travel, tracked expenses, managed special events, maintained calendars, composed correspondence, designed reports, prepared presentations and developed proposals. Maintained all aspects of the office environment including: equipment, furniture, supplies, telephone systems, record retention and off-site storage.
