Assist customers on the phone and at the front counter with questions and/or complaints; issue construction and health permits and contractor, health, and multi-family housing licenses, and certificates of occupancy; data entry for permit info, inspection requests and code violation complaints; reconcile cash, checks and credit card payments with our cash report
