Directed and managed the production of two news related websites. Website development using CSS, Photoshop, Storymaker, HTML, Publicus and other multimedia tools and equipment. Devised advertising strategies; met revenue goals at a department and company level. Management of online department including an online sales executive and an online producer; responsibilities included including writing goals and conducting reviews as well as resource management and project forecasting. Website statistics reporting using Omniture and also advertising performance reporting. Participated as part of the steering committee to standardize websites groupwide for usability and code integrity. Restructured newsroom processes to meet redesign needs for two newspaper websites. Faculty member for the 2008 New York Times Student Journalism Institute.
