Client application processing,Extensive public contact with internal/external customers. Distribution of provider documentation,investigated and gathered documentation required by clients. Conducted weekly team meetings with production providing them with status updates.Corresponded with leadership and updated marketer by state lists. Assisted in vedor scheduling appointments,book conference/training rooms,travel and lodging.Updated departmental lists as well as handling incoming/outgoing FedEx's. Participated in team projects,organized & created monthly calenders and newsleters for team.
