Daily Duties at Clientlogic/Sitel Corporation:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR DIRECTV SPECIALIZING IN WORKING WITH OUR MANY CUSTOMERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. JOB DUTIES INCLUDED ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH BILLING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS DOING EVERYTHING FROM ACTIVATIONS, TAKING PAYMENTS,EDUCATING CUSTOMERS ON OUR VARIOUS PROGRAMMING PACKAGES AND HOW TO NAVIGATE THRU OUR ONLINE WEBSITE. MINOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AS WELL AS ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON OUR STANDARD EQUIPMENT ALONG WITH VAST KNOWLEDGE OF OUR ADVANCED EQUIPMENT SUCH AS OUR HD EQUIPMENT. I WALK CUSTOMERS THRU TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS AS NEEDED ALSO PLACED ORDERS ON NEW AND REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT. EDUCATED CUSTOMERS ON THE UNDERSTANDING ON HOW TO USE OR EQUIPMENT AND IF NEEDED HOW TO REALIGN THEIR DISH. I SET UP APPOINMENTS FOR FIRST TIME INSTALLATIONS ALSO SET UP SERVICE CALLS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED VIA THE PHONE.OTHER DUTIES CONSISTED OF UP-SELLING FOR SOME OF OUR MAJOR CLIENTS SUCH AS STARZ/HBO ETC.
